Shipping Policy

• Handling time: orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment.
• Carrier: DHL Express or FedEx, with a tracking number provided on dispatch.
• Delivery time: typically 3-7 business days depending on destination.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout by package weight and destination.

Import duties and taxes

United States and Canada: duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, and your order is shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). There are no additional charges on delivery.

Other countries: import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility (DDU / Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

If a package is returned to us because customs charges were not paid or the address was incorrect, we will refund the item price minus the shipping costs incurred.
