Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Our items are pre-owned vintage cameras and lenses, inspected and tested by us in Japan. Their condition is carefully described on each product page.

30-day functional warranty

If an item stops working properly within 30 days of delivery under normal use, or a stated function does not work, or the optical condition is materially worse than described, please contact us. We will arrange a return and a full refund including the original shipping cost, and we cover the return shipping. Depending on the situation, we may also offer another solution, such as a partial refund.

• Not covered: items sold as "As Is" or "For Parts", damage from drops, liquid, disassembly or misuse, consumables (batteries, film), and dissatisfaction with photo results.
• Age-related cosmetic wear consistent with the description is not a defect.

Change-of-mind returns (14 days)

Not what you expected? You can return an item for any reason within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included accessories.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• We refund the item price. The original shipping cost and any duties or taxes paid on import are not refunded.

How to request a return

• Email support@zencamerastudio.com with your order number and photos (or a short video) before sending anything back. Returns must be approved in advance; returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
